Private GP Helpline
Having trouble getting an appointment with your local GP? We feel your pain! With an annual subscription to Healthplan Online Plus your family can have unlimited consultations through our private GP service! Reach out to this confidential service any time, any day.
Following an initial call with a specially trained representative to go over your symptoms and worries, they will coordinate a GP to return your call at a suitable time from 08:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
Consultations can be by phone or video call and provide a service similar to that of your local GP, including issuing of prescriptions and referrals to specialists.
